For the third consecutive year, The Tactile Group has been named as one of the Top Places to Work by the Philadelphia Business Journal (PBJ). To determine the list, PBJ sought nominations from the public, gathered company data, and surveyed employees. The survey measures each company’s culture and takes into consideration compensation, benefits and trust in senior leadership. Responses from each completed employee survey were compiled and evaluated, with winners chosen in each of the categories by their composite score.
